Muse

HELM is one of a select few Developers that place emphasise on large, premium quality apartment homes, ideal for owner occupiers.

MUSE comprises 13 x 3 bedroom apartments, 3 spectacular penthouses, 6 x 2 bedroom apartments and 1 x 1 bedroom apartment. All apartments have dual or triple aspects to capture breezes, promoting natural cross flow ventilation, and minimising the need for air conditioning.

At Muse the three bedroom apartments range in size up to 182sqm internally. Every apartment has been designed to ensure there are no ‘dead’ zones or wasted space. The practical floorplans use every square meter and contain ingenious storage options.

Floor-to-ceiling thermal glazing bathes the interiors in a glorious glow and adds to the airy feel.

The open plan design has strategically-placed living and dining rooms that connect seamlessly to private outdoor spaces. These deep, generous balconies have fixed louvres, privacy screens and landscaping. Open the wide sliding glass doors to expand entertaining options, close them for cosy comfort.

Many of the apartments enjoy an ideal northerly aspect, capture leafy district views or have magnificent views of Sydney’s CBD.

Our inspiration

You may wonder why we’ve called our building MUSE.

The reason is the history of the site, which was the former headquarters of Alberts, a creative hub for songwriters, artists, composers and producers.

Alberts helped launch the careers of such famous Australian bands as AC/DC, The Angels, Rose Tattoo, The Easybeats and The Ted Mulry Gang.

The link between music and architecture struck a euphemistic ‘chord’ with us because one of the meanings of ‘muse’ is: “a force that inspires a creative artist’.

Musicians and architects need vision and passion to succeed. It’s a tough ‘gig’.

Both creative arts’ professions start with a blank sheet of paper, conceive an idea and then progressively weave their magic – one appealing to the ear, the other to the eye.

We’re proud to present to you our most eye-catching development yet, MUSE.
